After contacting PROLEVEL ROOFING, a designated project manager will reach out to you in order to schedule an initial meeting. The initial meeting is designed to identify damage and will consist of pulling satellite imagery measurements of your roof and walking the base of your home to give you an exact quote.

File Claim

Your PROLEVEL project manager will schedule a follow up meeting to review insurance claim options. Once a claim has been filed with your insurance company, our team will work with your assigned insurance adjuster.

03.

Work With Adjuster

Once an adjuster is assigned to your roof claim, our project manager will help guide the process of acceptance and then issuance of funds. Once this happens we will schedule a production date.
